There's nothing to ship! Everything in this store is a digital download — printable templates you receive by email right after your purchase.

No waiting, no courier, no shipping charges. You print your craft at home, whenever you like, as many times as you like (for personal use).

Because digital downloads can't be returned once delivered, all sales are final and we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

That said, if your file arrives broken, doesn't download, or something simply isn't right — write to us and we'll sort it out. We want every kit to end up printed, folded, and loved.
